Some pieces begin with an idea. Others begin with a place. La Pomme de Pin began with a pine cone from my grandfather's garden, from a tree he planted himself, which has outgrown us all and still stands there, nearly a century later. I wanted this ear cuff to hold that same feeling: quiet, natural and timeless.
